To raise a damage claim, customers must contact us on the same day the order is delivered and provide a clear, uncut and uninterrupted video showing the product from all 360° angles. The video should clearly show the damage or issue.
Claims submitted after the delivery day or without the required video proof may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
