Creative Shefali is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

9. Customized, Handmade & Made-to-Order Products

Certain Creative Shefali products may be handmade, customized, personalized, or created after an order is placed.

Customers must carefully confirm all details before placing or approving such orders, including:

• Photographs
• Design references
• Measurements
• Personalization details

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Minor handmade differences are natural and are not considered defects.

10. Resin Art & Preservation Orders

For customized resin art, preservation work, keepsakes, or similar products, the final result may naturally vary due to:

• Condition of materials provided by the customer
• Natural flowers or organic materials
• Resin curing
• Colour changes over time
• Handmade placement
• Material limitations

Creative Shefali will make reasonable efforts to preserve the appearance of the supplied item, but exact replication or permanent colour retention cannot be guaranteed.

11. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only when the customer receives a damaged product or a wrong product.

To make a return claim, customers must send a clear, continuous, uncut raw unboxing video through our official WhatsApp support.

The video must begin before the parcel is opened and clearly show the complete unboxing process and the issue.

Return requests are subject to review and approval by Creative Shefali.

Once an eligible return is approved and processed, the refund will be completed within 7 working days.

12. No Return for Change of Mind

Returns, replacements, or refunds are not provided for reasons such as:

• Change of mind
• Personal dislike
• Change in colour preference
• Incorrect selection by the customer
• Product no longer required
• Minor colour variation
• Minor handmade differences

13. Order Cancellation

Regular orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, or dispatched.

For handmade, personalized, resin art, preservation, or customized products, cancellation may not be possible once production or material preparation has started.

Creative Shefali is not responsible for damage caused by:

• Excessive force
• Improper storage
